Star Tech is an independent Mercedes Benz garage based in Poole, Dorset that was launched by Matt Peacock as a cost effective alternative to manufacturer only servicing.
The garage is operated by specialist mechanics, which use Mercedes tools & equipment to carryout services & repairs to Mercedes Benz cars.
Standards of workmanship
In terms of skills, workmanship and technology, the independent Mercedes Benz specialists are ideally equipped to offer the same standard of vehicle servicing and repair as main dealers, but with several hard to ignore additional benefits to customers.
Parts & Equipment
Star Tech only use genuine manufacturer parts and recommended oils. Software and diagnostic equipment equivalent to that of the main dealerships is used and a full range of services from tyres, wheel balancing, general servicing MOT's and advice are on offer. Retaining manufacturer warranty
Customers can use Star Tech in complete confidence. They fully meet all the legal requirements (put in place by the European union in 2003 see Block Exemption Regulation 1400/2002) for independent specialists carrying out servicing and repair work to retain the manufacturer's warranty. In addition to this, Star Tech treat your vehicles as if it were their own.
Facilities
Not only do Star Tech have a fully equipped, 4 ramp workshop, but there is also a contemporary waiting room and ample parking. Many customers choose to take advantage of the excellent 'while-you-wait' service and enjoy a free tea or coffee, however, Star Tech also offer a local 'collect and deliver' service to your home or office!
