We’ve always prided ourselves on our customer service, so we were thrilled to be a Silver Winner for Customer Service at the Poole Business Awards, held at the Lighthouse Theatre last week. 

Our Service Director Ricki picked up the award for us. It’s a credit to Ricki and the service team for all their hard work making sure that our customers are looked after. You only have to look at the reviews we receive to see how much our customers appreciate their hard work. 

But it’s not just the service team that we have to thank. Our technicians, valeters and all the workshop staff, go the extra mile to make sure that our customer cars are in tip-top shape when they’re picked up. 

Offering our customers award worthy levels of service isn’t something that’s new to us. Since we opened our doors back in 2006 we’ve been finalists at various awards, including the Auto Industry Excellence Awards and The Motor Trader Awards, both for customer service and for garage of the year.
